Patterns of Life Series

Star of Bethlehem – Block #3 – March

The third block on our Patterns of Life Series is a fast and fun block!  The Star of Bethlehem uses five templates and goes together quickly. This block would be fun to make using red/white/blue fabrics, and even more fun diving into your fabric stash and creating a fun Star of Bethlehem Quilt made of scraps!

The pdf instructions are attached below, along with both rotary cutting instructions, and the templates. You can either cut the fabrics using the rotary cutting or template method.

Again, NOTE: Be sure your printer is NOT set to ‘fit to page’ or your templates will NOT be the correct size. Always turn off the “fit to page” selection when printing templates.

When constructing the blocks for this series, always try to press seams to the dark side, if at all possible.
