Patterns of Life 2017 BOM Series

Cross and Crown:  Block #5

The Cross and Crown Block is another block that is very simple to sew with just 4 templates.  It consists of outer Corner Units sewn to rectangles to create Row 1 and Row 3.  Row 2 is created by sewing rectangles to a center square.

This block is a great pattern to use up all of your scrap fabrics.

Below are the instructions for the block as well as the rotary cutting pdf and the template pdf.

When constructing the blocks for this series, always try to press seams to the dark side, if at all possible.
