If you are like me, you have a number of panels in your stash. You pick them up and wish you had an idea on how to put some interesting borders on them, but it seems like panels come in so many different sizes! I have designed a Panel Pattern for your borders that is simple to use and yet quite striking, using strips cut into rectangles. You can use strips from your stash, remnants or fat quarters. Have fun ... let's get creative!

Panel needed: At least 23" to 24" WIDE by 42.5" to 45" LONG. (Panel will be trimmed to 22.5" x 42.5" before attaching borders.)
